Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the United States. No minimum order, no hidden fees.

Delivery times

Processing time: orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to prepare before shipping.
Transit time: delivery normally takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Total delivery time: in most cases your order arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also check your order status on our Track your order page.

Changes and cancellations

Need to update your address or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible at info@velvanne.com. We can make changes as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Shipping address

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a package is delayed or returned because of an incorrect address, we'll always do our best to help.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

My order hasn't arrived

First check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 10 business days have passed since you placed your order and your package still hasn't arrived, email us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
