You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email info@velvanne.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
